Excellent shop; fast, professional service. I've never had an accident or made a claim, but someone clipped the rear quarter panel on my BMW X5 and the bumper was askew. I checked out a few recommended shops in the Gowanus area but they all seemed so rough around the edges, and hard to communicate with. I brought my car to NYC Automotive based on online reviews.
